The Youth Ministry of Fourth Church exists to establish 6th- to 12th-grade believers in their Christian faith and help build a biblical foundation for students to become lifelong disciples of Christ.

SUMMER CAMP

June 19-23
Rising 6th-12th graders are invited to join us for a special week of games, skits, worship, water sports, and getting into God's word at the Chesapeake Bay. It's a great way to kick off the summer with new and old friends.

Early bird price: $495 through June 1.

SUMMER PARENT MEETING

Sunday, June 1 at 12:15 p.m.
Parents of rising 6th-12th grade students are invited to come and meet our Summer Staff and learn about what's happening this summer. We'll have a pizza lunch for you and your kids. All are welcome! If your family is new to Fourth, please contact Noel Bradley in the Youth Office so we can send you an Evite with more details.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

9:30–10:30 a.m. through July 27

Students gather for fellowship, praise, music, and announcements before breaking into small groups to study God's word. Middle school is divided by grade and gender; high school is by grade.
May 25: “Move Up” Sunday; current 5th-11th graders move up to the next class

FELLOWSHIP AT 5

Sundays, June 1–July 27, 5–6 p.m.

Middle and high schoolers are invited to hang out with their Summer Staffers every Sunday before the evening service. After the service, stick around for Summer Sunday Nights and enjoy ice cream treats outside on the Sanctuary steps. Pickup by 7:30 p.m.

TUESDAY NIGHT TNT

June 3–July 29 • 6:30–8:15 p.m. (hot dogs 6-6:30 p.m.)

Rising 6th-12th graders are invited to hang out with us weekly for games, testimonies from our Summer Staffers, and small group discussions. We'll gather in the Lower Parking Lot at 6:30 p.m. (indoors if rainy), but kids are welcome to come earlier for hot dogs! We encourage kids to spread the word and bring their friends, too.
Note: TNT does not meet June 24.

Rising 8th Grade
Summer Mission Trip

July 13–18
Those entering 8th grade in the fall are invited to join us for our week-long mission trip working in underserved communities in Baltimore. Housing will be provided. Rising 12th Grade
Summer Mission Trip

July 5–13
Teens entering their senior year of high school this fall are invited to travel with us to Puerto Rico, where we'll help run a Vacation Bible School program at a local church. Students raise support to cover the costs. For further information, please contact Jake Willeman at jwilleman@4thpres.org.

High School Band

Our high school band leads the opening praise music for Sunday School during the school year and welcomes students who play an instrument and/or have vocal experience. Rehearsals are Wednesdays 8:15–9 p.m. after Bible Study, September–May. For info contact Noel Bradley in the Youth Office.

Choirs, Handbells, Ensembles

Fourth's Music Ministry offers the following choirs and ensembles which rehearse and participate in the worship service during the school year: Kingdom Choir (ages 14-18), Covenant Choir (3rd-8th grade), Bells of the Trinity, Fourth Strings, Fourth Orchestra. Middle and high school students who have any type of disability and/or need any specific accommodations (i.e., executive functioning, physical disability, autism, etc.) are encouraged to participate in Youth Ministry activities. Please reach out to Rob Henneberg and our Disability Ministry Coordinator Tricia Han, who will work together with your family to determine if support is needed and to help integrate your children into Sunday School classes, Bible studies, and other activities.
