Women’s Ministry

Welcome to the Women’s Ministry at Fourth

Our Women’s Ministries at Fourth Church seek to pour the Gospel of Christ into women so that, being transformed by the Holy Spirit, they will grow in relationship with God and pour out the love and grace they have received into our church and community.

We pursue this call by:

  • Coming into the Lord’s presence through prayer, the study of His Word, and the gathering of His people,
  • Fostering biblical relationships within the body that both encourage and challenge,
  • Sacrificially serving our church, community, and world,
  • Sharing the Gospel with those outside the church whom God graciously brings into our live

The Women’s Council 2016-2017

The Women’s Council was first established at Fourth in 2013. The Council is made up of ten to twelve women who commit to lead, love, and pray for the women of Fourth. The group changes yearly, but the overall purpose of the Women’s Council remain the same – to coordinate and oversee all women’s Bible studies, discipleship and mentoring groups, and events.
These women will be serving until May 2017 when half of them will be replaced by six new Council members. The selection will be made by a nominating team and then approved by the Session. If, after taking a close look at our Women’s Ministry pages, you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact Jean Bronson, the Director of Women’s Ministry by email or phone at 301-320-3600, x 275.
