The Lord’s Day, October 10

Dear Fourth Church,

The following verses precede this morning’s Old Testament reading (Psalm 34:11–18):

Oh, taste and see that he LORD is good!
Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!
Oh, fear the LORD, you his saints,
for those who fear him have no lack!
The young lions suffer want and hunger;
but those who seek the LORD lack no good thing.

As we prepare for our Congregational Meeting and Sanctuary Renewal Presentation today, we can rejoice in God’s faithfulness over many decades to the congregation of Fourth. All are invited to enjoy light refreshments outdoors immediately after the 11:00 a.m. service and then move to the Upper Room. If you cannot attend in person, see the Sunday morning churchwide email for a link to the livestream.
