How do I log into the Portal for the first time?
All members should receive instructions via email if we have an email address on file. If you do not receive an email, you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Open the link in the email or go to https://4thpres.ministryplatform.com/portal. In the middle of the page, click “Login”. Type in your username (your email address) and your temporary password (provided in the email).
How do I view my information?
At the left of the screen, find the “Private” tab. Select “My User Account”. Review your information and make any necessary changes (don’t NOT delete accurate information even if you don’t want it visible. See next paragraph for that.) Click “Save Contact Record”. (Note that you can also update information for your household.) Scroll to the bottom of that page and type a new password. If you have any questions about your (or your household’s) information, contact Rebecca Korossy (email@example.com).
How do I hide my information (from the online directory)?
At the left of the screen, find the “Private” tab. Select “My User Account”. Review your information and note the checkboxes where you have the option to make certain information “unlisted”. Check each field that you would like to make private in the online directory. Note that information may still be listed in the print directory. Contact Rebecca Korossy (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have questions or want information removed altogether.
How do I view my giving?
At the left of the screen, find the “Private” tab. Select “My Giving”. Select the year you wish to see. (You can see up to the last 5 years.) This feature will show you every contribution (tax and non-tax deductible) for the year. You have the option to filter your view by month.
How do I view my contribution statement?
At the left of the screen, find the “Private” tab. Select “My Contribution Statement”. Select the year you wish to see. (You can see up to the last 5 years.) You can view the statement on the web page or you may select “Save as PDF”. If you would prefer to receive your year-end giving statement electronically, you may select “Get Statement Online”.
How can I give online?
Select “Give” at the top right of the church homepage screen…
How can I register for an existing event?
Go to https://4thpres.org/events. Scroll down and select the registration you wish to complete. Click on the link. You will be taken to a ServiceU registration page. Complete the registration as a guest.
How can I register for a new event?
Go to https://4thpres.org/events. Scroll down and select the registration you wish to complete. Click on the link. You will be taken to a Ministry Platform registration page.
How do I log into the new directory?
The directory is now one of many tools at your disposal when you log into your MyFourth portal. Once you have logged in and set a password, you can always access the portal at this URL (which is also available at the top right of the church homepage): https://4thpres.ministryplatform.com/portal. From this portal page, you will find “Church Directory” listed under the “Private” tab to the left of the screen. Enter a name in the search box, or select a letter to search alphabetically.
I am having technical difficulties accessing the site. What can I do?
Check your browser. The Portal is supported on the following browsers:
