Nursery and Sunday School are currently suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions. The information below describes our normal classes and curriculum.
It is our joy to minister to children by providing childcare and classes for infants through 5th Grade
Nursery (Infants to Age 2)
Nursery care is provided for children from birth to 2 years old during the 8:00 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 11:00 a.m. services. Classes are staffed by regular workers and volunteers who establish consistent and positive relationships with the children.
During the 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. services, a smaller group of children ranging from infants to Pre-Kindergarteners is cared for in one room. There is no Bible lesson provided during this hour.
During the 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services, nursery care is divided into rooms by developmental milestones (infants, crawlers, toddlers). Children are cared for by loving volunteers and enjoy activities such as singing, playing together, and snack time.
There is space to leave a diaper bag for your child. We ask that parents provide feeding instructions and include extra diapers and a change of clothes. All items should be labeled with the child’s name.
Preschool (Age 2 to 5)
Children who have turned 2 by September 1st are eligible to attend Sunday School and “Cherub Church” in the Fall. Midyear, a Young 2s classes is added for children that have turned 2 during the school year.
