We cordially invite you to join us for the inaugural Fellowship Luncheon for our 60+ Fourth family and friends on Friday, October 4. The cost is $5 for online registration which closes at midnight Wednesday, October 2. After that, walk-ins are welcome at a cost of $10 per person. We’re preparing a delicious but simple soup and salad menu. Please indicate if you have any food allergies in the box provided below.
If you are registering more than one person for the luncheon, please fill out the registration information for yourself, click “Add Another Person” at the bottom of the page, and then fill out the registration information for the other person or persons in your party.
