Children’s Ministry

Parents, visit the Children’s Ministry webpage for full information on all our offerings for children on Sunday mornings as well as Vacation Bible School, July 10-14.

Opportunities to Serve
This summer, helpers are needed in Children’s Sunday School classes (June 18-July 30, 8 weeks only), Children’s Church every Sunday at either the 8:00 or 11:00 a.m. worship services, and Vacation Bible School (July 10-14, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) where there are a multitude of ways to serve.

College Ministry

Summer Kickoff Dinner

Sunday Fellowship Lunch

Come to a bi-weekly catered lunch beginning this Sunday. This gathering provides food and fellowship and a time and space to connect with one another; no RSVP needed.

Congregational Care

Blended Family Support Group
Thursday, May 18, 7:00-9:00 p.m., Room 130
Resources and encouragement to help blended families process challenges and grow in healthy relationships. Adults meet the third Thursday of each month for a light dinner, discussion, fellowship, and support.

Men’s Breakfast

Mission DMV

YoungLives Club Meeting

Provide transportation or dinner for teen moms and their babies for monthly club meetings in Silver Spring, MD. For questions or more information contact SERVE@4thpres.org.

YoungLives Summer Camp for Moms
July 13-18, Offsite
Provide childcare during the “Best Week of Their Lives” summer camp for teen moms. The cost for this local mission opportunity in Virginia is $636 for meals and lodging; scholarships are available. For more information contact SERVE@4thpres.org. Registration deadline is June 1.

Young Adult Ministry

Monthly Roundtable Dinner

Delicious dinner, intentional conversation, and a time when the entire young adult community (20s, 30s, married, single) can come together and meet new people. Middle School Friday Night Club

Come to a fun-filled night of playing games and making new friends, followed by a faith message.

Senior Class Breakfast

8th Grade Celebration

Eighth graders and their families are invited to join us for a special dinner celebration. Registration is open (“attendee” is the student).

Class of 2023 Baccalaureate Service and Dinner
Sunday, May 21, 6:00 p.m.
Graduating seniors and their friends and families are invited to attend this special tradition when we celebrate each of our seniors and all God has done and will do in their lives. The Baccalaureate Service is at 6:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Dinner for the graduates and their families will immediately follow in the Upper Room. Senior families please RSVP if you have not already done so and contact Genna Repich.

High School Thursday Breakfast Club (TBC)

Bring your friends and enjoy pancakes, games, and a short devotional before school.

Summer Bible Study

Middle and high school students, bring your friends for games and to hear God’s word.

Youth Summer Camp
June 21—25, $635, Offsite
Rising 6th-12th grade students, bring your friends and come to NorthBay Adventure Camp for a week of super games, skits, worship, water sports, and getting into God’s word. Registration is open; the cost is $635; get the early bird cost of $575 if you sign up before June 2. Scholarships are available; for information contact Rob Henneberg.
