Adult Education
Summer classes have concluded.
End-of-Summer Sunday School Class | Sundays, August 28 & September 4, 9:30 hour, Upper Room
There will be a special two-week Sunday school class, “Sermons from Heaven and Hell”, taught by Dr. Robert Norris, which will examine good and bad preaching.
Fall Adult Sunday School | September 11–December 11, 9:30 a.m.

Children’s Ministry
Parents, please check in your children before classes at the computers at the Children’s Welcome Center on the first floor, the computers outside the Children’s Library, or the computer in the Upper Room. Once your service concludes, please immediately pick up your children from Cherub/Children’s Church.
8:00 and 11:00 a.m.
Nursery, infants-age 2, Room 133
Cherub Church, age 3-preK, Room 218 – Children are escorted by teachers from their classroom to Cherub Church for singing and teaching and back for crafts and activities; pick up in original classroom.
Children’s Church, K-3rd grade, Room 212 – Children sit with their parents in the service, go to the front when the pastor calls them forward for prayer, and are then escorted to their classrooms. If your child does not have a name tag, please go to the back to be assisted by a Children’s Ministry volunteer as your child goes forward. Please pick up your children in Room 212.
9:30 a.m.
On August 14 and 21, there will be no Sunday School or Nursery during the 9:30 hour; both will resume on August 28. On September 11, children will be promoted to their new classes.

Mission DMV
Drive-Through Collection & Food Drive | Saturday, August 13, 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Bring contributions of food, diapers, clothing (socks, underwear, shoes, and boots), and household items in brown paper bags with handles. Donated items go to ministry partners and neighbors in the DMV.

Missions
Kairos Course | On Zoom, August 30-October 25
Encountering God’s Heart for the World’s Peoples. Kairos is a nine week online course that helps transform one’s worldview so that the believer understands God’s purpose for every cultural group in the world, including those that still have few or no churches. This course clearly demonstrates God’s love for the peoples of the world and our call to be a blessing to them.
The next course will be held on Tuesday evenings 7:00-9:00 on Zoom, August 30- October 25. You can register online via: www.epcwo.org/kairos/

Join us each month to provide mutual support, prayer, and encouragement for moms of young or adult children (any age) with special needs.

We provide mutual support, prayer, and encouragement for fathers of young or adult children (any age) with special needs.

Women’s Ministry
Generation-to-Generation (G2G) Bible Study | Beginning the week of September 7
Registration for G2G Bible study is open. Please note if you plan to attend G2G on Wednesday mornings this fall with an infant-preschooler, register as soon as possible to ensure there are enough childcare workers.
