Adult Education
Adult Sunday School Classes have resumed. See the Adult Discipleship webpage for more information.
Wednesday Night Adult Class | “The Biography of a Christian,” through March 23, 6:45-7:30 p.m., via Zoom, taught by Dr. Rob Norris. No preregistration is necessary. The Zoom link is included in the Midweek Update sent every Wednesday morning; email Genna Repich if you are not receiving it. See the Adult Discipleship webpage for more information.
New Members Class | Sundays, February 6–March 20, 11:00 a.m., Room 130. Annual Congregational Meeting
The Annual Congregational Meeting will be held February 13, in the Sanctuary following the 11:00 a.m. service. All members are encouraged to attend. Members will vote on the Nominating Committee report, the 2022 proposed budget, and hear the roll of the Church Triumphant. Information on officer candidates, the 2022 budget, and minutes from the 2021 Annual Meeting can be found in the Library and Church Office.
Children’s Ministry
Parents, please check in your children before classes at the computers at the Children’s Welcome Center on the first floor or the computers outside the Children’s Library on the second floor. Face masks are required for Sunday School, Cherub Church, and Children’s Church.
Nursery | Sundays during the 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. services, infants-2 years old. Face masks are not required.
Sunday School | Classes during the 9:30 a.m. service for age 2 through 5th grade.
Cherub Church | Sundays, 11:00 a.m. service, age 2 to pre-kindergarten. Children begin in their classroom and are escorted by their teachers to Cherub Church for singing and teaching. They are escorted back to their classrooms for crafts and activities. Parents please pick up your children in their classroom after the service.
Children’s Church | Sundays, 11:00 a.m. service, kindergarten to 3rd grade. Children will be dismissed before the sermon and accompanied by their teachers to Children’s Church. Parents please pick up your children from their classroom immediately after the service.

DivorceCare
DivorceCare Support Group | Tuesdays, through April 5, 7:00 p.m., Emmaus House. This Bible-centered support group offers a non-judgmental place of hope and healing from the pain of separation or divorce. Everyone is welcome at any time, regardless of faith background or current marital status. To learn more and to register, see the DivorceCare webpage at divorcecare.org.

Online giving on Fourth’s website is easy and secure. Go to 4thpres.org/giving.
- If you give by check, your check has everything we need to record your gift for tax purposes.
- An envelope with your name and address is needed for tax credit only when you are giving cash.
- Giving envelopes are mailed every three months to those who request them. We are happy to send them if you want them.
If you no longer need or want giving envelopes, please email to be removed from the envelope mailing list.

Mission DMV Opportunities
Drive-Through Collection & Food Drive | Saturday, February 12, 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Bring contributions of food, diapers, clothing (socks, underwear, shoes, and boots), and household items in brown paper bags with handles. Donated items go to Fourth’s ministry partners and neighbors in the DMV.

Women’s Ministry
Bible Studies | Our weekly Bible study, G2G, begins this week with a study on II Corinthians, Knowing the Bible, J. I. Packer, Dane C. Ortlund There are four options (in person and via Zoom) to gather We conclude the week of March 21, to be followed by a six-week study on the I AM’s of Jesus.
Women’s Ministry Retreat | Saturday, February 26, 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m., Westfields Marriott, Chantilly, VA. Registration is open through February 14. Hear author/speaker Ellen Vaughn discuss “Bold Hope” based on 2 Corinthians 3:12. For those wishing to stay the weekend, a small block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted price, but reservations must be made soon.

Youth Ministry
Friday Night Club (FNC) | Friday, January 28, 6:30-8:00 p.m., Lower Parking Lot. Join us for a night of fun, food, games, and a message for 6th-8th graders and friends. Weather permitting, we’ll be outside. No RSVP needed.
Middle and High School Bible Studies | Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00 p.m., Room 102. Students in 6th-12th grade, join our weekly Wednesday night Bible studies. After fun and fellowship, we will divide by grade/gender and study the book of Exodus. Drop-off and pickup in the Lower Parking Lot.
Youth Parent Fellowship | Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00 p.m., The Commons. Parents of 6th-12th grade students, join us for this time set aside for fellowship, conversations on parenting, and prayer.
Parent Meeting | Sunday, January 30, 12:15-1:00 p.m., Rooms 007 and 102. Todd Smedley, Corey Gray, and the Youth Committee invite all parents of middle and high school students to attend this meeting to share current staff transitions in the Youth Ministry.
TIC-TAC Youth Discussion on Culture | Sunday, January 30, 5:00-6:00 p.m., Room 007. All 6th-12th graders and friends join us for this TIC-TAC (Truth In Culture-Truth And Culture) discussion, “Let’s Talk About Mental Health”. During these gatherings, we explore culturally relevant issues, look at the Christian world view, ask questions, share our faith, and pray together. We encourage students to stay and attend our 6:00 p.m. service together with youth leaders. Afterward, we take a walk to get ice cream. Drop-off and pickup at 8:00 p.m. in the Lower Parking Lot.
