Troop 68 of the Boy Scouts of America was organized in 2007 and meets every Thursday in Room 131, 7:30 pm.

Troop, fall in!
Troop 68 is part of Youth Ministries at Fourth Presbyterian Church. The Troop number, 68, was chosen for the verse Micah 6:8 — “and what does the Lord ask of you but to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God.”
Troop 68 meets most Thursday evenings (September to June) from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. in Room 131 at Fourth. Once a month the Troop goes on an overnight camping trip. Look at the photos of some recent camping trips!
Troop 68 spends a week at Boy Scout summer camp at Goshen Scout Reservation in Goshen Virginia where Scouts can earn Merit Badges and learn Scout skills. Last August the Troop did a 56-mile backpacking trip in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Over Labor Day weekend Troop 68 bicycled the entire C&O Canal from Bethesda to Cumberland Maryland, 184 miles in four days, camping out along the way!
