Evening Service Change

Effective September 12, 2010, the Evening Worship Service will return to the Sanctuary.

SPECIAL BLESSINGS

Dear children, don't just talk about love.
Put your love into action. Then it will truly be love.
                                                     ~ I John 3:18

The Special Blessings ministry serves children and dependent adults with special needs, and the families that care for them, that all may participate in the life of Fourth Church to the fullest extent possible. The Special Blessings ministry puts love into action by coming alongside our friends with special needs and their families, and making accommodations to integrate these saints into the fabric of this Body of believers.

Children and Youth
Partnering with the Children’s and Youth Ministries, the Special Blessings ministry provides extra volunteer support where needed in Sunday School classrooms, and youth camps, retreats and activities, affording parents peace of mind, knowing that their child is being included, accommodated, and lovingly and appropriately cared for.

Teen/Dependent Adult Sunday School and Hand bell Choir
Room 123 ~ 11:00 AM Sundays (September - May)
Semester 1:  September 13 – December 13

The Special Blessings Sunday school class provides individualized, interactive Biblical instruction and opportunities for socialization with one another and youth volunteers. Part of the class time is devoted to hand bell choir practice, specially adapted for all to enjoy, regardless of musical ability. The class periodically shares this gift of music with the congregation as a whole during morning worship services. We invite you to Watch Now to see these wonderful people enrich our worship.
