Effective September 12, 2010, the Evening Worship Service will return to the Sanctuary.

Welcome to our Music Ministres

     

O come let us sing unto the Lord:
Let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation!
(Psalm 95:1)

Few things have more influence and impact upon the human soul than music. When music is harnessed to the worship and praise of God, it draws both performer and listener to the presence of the Lord with unique and compelling power. This conviction underlies everything that the ministry of music at Fourth Presbyterian Church strives to accomplish, as in gratitude to God for His grace in Jesus Christ, it seeks to honor Him and lead all into His presence.

Let us therefore sing
  To the Lord our God:
Let us make a joyful noise
  To the rock of our salvation!
Come into His presence
  With thanksgiving:
Make a joyful noise to Him
  With songs of praise!
(Psalm 95:1-2)
